Unusable and impossible to return
Despite my LO's excitement he cannot sit comfortably in it because the ring is too big for him (he's 2yo and 50th percentile). The footrest and the step feels flimsy and the toilet topper would not stay put. And I'm pretty sure they make the foot intentionally (extremely) difficult to put on/off so we cannot return it.The only positive thing about this is it sparks an interest of "using the potty" in my LO but otherwise it's useless.
