This protein powder tastes great, mixes well in a blender and is highly rated for being chemical and heavy metal free. After some reading I found that this is one of the lowest cholesterol whey protein powders listed online. The puori brand received the highest quality rating. However, it has more cholesterol. I bought it and drank it every few days after a hard workout. Not a lot of sugar and artificial sweeteners, which is good (for me). I will buy it again. I can try unflavored protein. I'd like to try organic biochemistry, but it's a lot more expensive. A few notes: the measuring spoon is hidden in the canister and is difficult to find. The top of the can seals well so it stays fresh. If you don't mix protein powders, you probably don't know that they don't mix well with cold water or anything icy. Room temperature for better mixing. I use ice cold skim milk in a blender for 2 minutes with 1/2 cooked green plantain, 2 Tbsp powdered peanut butter, 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup Ezekiel Flakes, and biochemical whey. About 65-70 grams of protein. Mixes smoothly.
