Arrived with broken wires to the Grid/Normal switch

When I opened the package and started installing the camera; at the power/regular outlet that connects the chamber to the power cords. I notice that the power and ground wires have come out of the yellow toggle switch. Very disappointed. I would appreciate a refund or replacement.
