Review on HENGDA KITE Aurora Outdoor Adults – Inclusive by Andrew Woodruff

Not bad for such a low price

Price adjusted I gave this kite 5 stars. However, this is not the type of kite I would recommend for a first stunt kite. This kite is flyable and may be suitable if you already fly stunt kites or have someone to help you learn. I wanted to know how bad this kite is for the price. Considering the price it's not that bad and you can fly. The biggest problem is that learning to fly a stunt kite requires a large learning curve. You would have the same learning curve if you spent money on a better kite. It's hard to fly until you figure out how. Once you know how to fly it will be relatively easy and relaxing. Here are a few points about learning to fly: 1. It's important to move your arms in and out, not up and down like an oar. 2. Expect clipping and crashing.3. Search the internet for information on how to tie a line to a kite using a lark's head knot. Here are a few points about this kite: 1. The build quality is not impressive but the price is reasonable. Spare parts were good.2. The marriage is not settled. You want your wedding dress to face forward in light winds. However, you can wrap the front wedding line around the front spar once and it will work. This is not a light wind kite. You don't need a hurricane, but you do need a good breeze.4. The lines are simple polyester lines. Higher quality kites use Spectra or Dyneema lines, which are much smaller in diameter and have less stretch per unit of strength. The lower friction of Spectra or Dyneema lines allows you to control the kite even after many turns from the kite spin. This is of great importance.

Pros
  • Unlike the cheapest adult kites, our kite consists of a strong rod that keeps the kite in the right shape. Even if it falls to the ground, the frame won't break, so the kite won't suffer! It can be assembled in minutes!
Cons
