Supports the shoes very well
My physiotherapist has these and recommended them for a calf and ankle bruise from a cycling accident. She said they are the best and last forever. The price is too high for my budget but for the treatment and support I decided to buy it. They said they would arrive on Wednesday but I received them yesterday, Sunday. I was thrilled to receive them in just 2 days. I doubted they would fit based on several reviews but they fit perfectly. I'm a size 11, medium width and slightly hammer toe. I have run in them and they are comfortable and keep my ankle and entire foot in place. Great sandals.
