I was impressed with the quality of this tablet for the price we paid. He has all the skills we wanted. In one tablet and at a very affordable price! My 7 year old enjoyed playing Pokemon Go and other larger apps with little to no problem. After owning this tablet for about two months it fell off the counter because my 4 year old was brushing his teeth with Pokemon Smile. The tablet case didn't hold it up well enough to use the app well. Unfortunately, this fall resulted in a web-like tear on the screen. I contacted Haovm within 90 days of purchase even though the breakdown was our fault. (As a side note on durability, the tablet fell a few more times non-stop.) Haovm's customer service was great and we sent the broken tablet back to them and they quickly sent us a new one. The process took a few weeks, but that was partly because I was slow to respond because I was so busy getting the kids to school. I am very happy with this purchase and the customer care provided by Haovm.
