this is worth the money. It's so gross to see beads of dead skin rolling off my body, but it feels so good. I received them yesterday and used them today. Yes, soak for twenty minutes, wet the cloth and rub the skin. Yay. My skin is so soft and I feel great. I don't think I want to use it but once a week because it flakes off so well. Be careful when using it on your face. This fabric is rough. I applied it lightly to my face and then used a moisturizing cotton mask. my lips thanked me. Please moisturize the whole body after use. Don't forget the feet, it has lifted the rough skin and my feet feel great.
