Good job, lots of glue, lots of fun

This set required a lot more work than I expected, but I still really liked it. I was surprised at how much glue it took, especially since I'm used to 3D wooden puzzles that usually don't require any glue at all. Please note that it comes without tools, glue or batteries. Things you'll need before working with this kit: - Glue (plenty - I used a glue gun, Elmer's glue stick and Elmer's liquid glue; the latter can take a painfully long time to dry) - Scissors - a ruler with centimeters (instructions measure in centimetres - Tweezers/something small to handle tiny pieces (your fingers will get too big) - Batteries for the LEDs (I used three AG10/LR1130 - or Duracell 389/390) - Small screwdriver - High level of manual dexterity since you will be using a lot of small ones Manage Details INSTRUCTIONS: The manual has an index of all the parts at the very beginning which is a life saver so you know exactly what to use as the English language is not perfect and the pictures are not always that detailed the pictures were probably the most helpful part as the wording might be confusing or unclear, all in all it's not that hard to figure out how it all fits together, though arguably, as some others have suggested, it's never a bad idea to read the instructions to see what happens at the end. DETAILS: All parts arrived safely. The only additions you get are a fair bit for certain parts like small plants and paper/cloth materials used to cover other parts. QUALITY: The quality was as you would expect - none of my parts broke. , but the pre-painted parts were not necessarily painted accurately. In the end, a lot of the final quality just depends on how well you can glue it all together, but even with some "sloppy" pieces on your end, it can still look good. If I had to fault one thing it would be the quality of the music box: in the video I've attached you can tell the music spokes are a bit out of rhythm and it might also be missing a few notes or have a few creepy notes attached to this song added ruined it. Overall, this kit requires a lot of work, but it's worth it and worth it. The lighting adds to the coziness, while the music box plays the classic Carrying You from Laputa: Castle in the Sky. The youngest age I would recommend this for is probably 14 as it requires a lot of patience and manual dexterity. This might be the start of a new addiction for me, but woops.
