4 stars were too low because this item is amazing for the price! I wanted a cheap laptop with NVMe storage, expandable storage, a decent processor, and discrete graphics. It delivered and I loved it the week I had it. Unfortunately, I almost always use a mouse and the USB 3.0 ports don't work. I used the adapter and plugged the mouse dongle into the USB-C port while waiting for a response from Lenovo. Currently doing it for free. They even put me in touch with the company working on it so I could bother them with exactly what they were replacing. I wish this problem didn't exist, but it doesn't seem to be common and they came very close to fixing it. If that was an option I would give 4.5 stars but since it isn't I decided to give them when in doubt and give what I would have given without this issue.
