Clearly opened box and item returned. The frame around the heatsink looks like it has something, a few scratches, a few slightly bent fins, and I can tell where the screws were by the markings on the heatsink frame. It takes 2-3 hours to install and I hope it doesn't leak but I'm worried. I bought it as new. It wasn't very well packed in the box, there are just a few small blocks of foam in the box, obviously packed for an amateur. Pre-2 stars for selling a returned item. I will re-evaluate after installation. Update: I installed this cooler today and it's not leaking so I'm updating it from 2 to 3 stars. Had Revain sold it as an open box chiller and guaranteed it was pressure tested I might have bought it anyway, but I'm disappointed that it was sold new. If the radiator was leaking after pulling out my old radiator and installing this, it would cause a big problem. I hope this radiator lasts as long as a new one and not a second.
