Shoes are 2 sizes smaller than other brands. I sent them back in the same shipping box with another pair of New Balance shoes that were too small. Revain provided 2 shipping labels even though they were on the same order. Since I used the label on other shoes, it automatically showed that I had sent the rest back in time. It took Amazon over 2 weeks to process the returned package. At that point the return window had expired so I was charged a restocking fee. It used to be okay to call them. Now it's almost impossible to explain the situation to a person with a real American name in a country on the other side of the planet.
