My 7 year old was very happy with his new camera. He originally got another one for his birthday which proved inconvenient for the user so we replaced them and this one was much better.We got it in December and have only used it on special occasions.Never had any problems.But when it was used at our zoo yesterday it just stopped responding.It didn't take any photos zoom doesn't even turn off the only way to restart is to remove the sd card but when you reinsert it it turns on but still 'freezes' we are now abroad, i will try to pick them up but i am not sure how it will work.
