The supplied rubber washer was brittle and deformed - would not straighten. Went to Home Depot to get replacement discs. Still leaking like a strainer when I screwed it onto the hose extension. I tried tightening it and it broke! I didn't bother to tighten it, seeing that it was cheap plastic and knowing that if overtightened it would tear. I had to go back to Home Depot to buy an extension stopper and throw away the hand head. We just have to use the overhead shower. The reason I bought this was because of the hand held shower which I can't even use! No way should I go to Home Depot!
