Thicker Mid Compression Socks

I would say that reviews of compression stockings are very subjective because if you buy them you probably have a problem that you are trying to solve. Medical socks are outrageously priced, and they're not necessarily getting better. Here's my take on it. . . These are thicker socks. You don't want to wear them in the summer. They have medium compression, which makes them difficult to put on. Some reviewers have noted fabric "clumping" at the toes. That's right. There is excess fabric on the thumb and pinky toe which can cause shoe issues. They arrived with a tiny hook that could turn into a hole. At the moment I'm satisfied. They will be comfortable to wear at home during the non-summer months. Fabric and compression are comfortable. Would be too thick to wear with dress shoes.

Pros
  • Graduated compression that provides diverse support in all the right areas: on the balls of the feet and on the calves, which greatly improves circulation but allows freedom of movement and doesn't pinch the toes (15-20mmHg) .
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others
