Different packaging required. I liked it because they are half the size. More manageable than buying the full size ones and cutting them up. Seemed to work like sandpaper, although I'm no expert. The sand sticks to the paper as it should. Would buy it again in about 5 years because there is so much paper and I don't use it much.
