    Dremel should have done this many years ago

    As soon as I saw this unit was available I ordered it. Like anyone who has bought a Dremel tool, you know that you need that tiny screwdriver handy to change the grinding tubes. This makes the tool easier to use. The only thing I noticed with this is that the tube moves up a bit when you use metal grinding wheels. I don't see that as a big problem, you just have to keep an eye on the drum.

    Powerful and fast!

    Ideal for dog claws. Shoot a little at a time. If you hesitate to use it, you can return it. I have four dogs that are regularly groomed. It is simply used to chip off the top of her nails about every two weeks. Not that you have to be, but I'm a licensed nail designer. Just remember that this is a powerful drill with a grinder. And that pressure causes heat, which causes pain. Be careful. This is enough to quickly knock off acrylic nails. Even faster on natural nails.

    Good idea, needs improvement.

    I must be doing it wrong. I use these little 1/2" slip rings for a lot of finishing jobs. When I came across this one that claims to have a locking mechanism for easy changing of slip rings, I was very excited. Long gone are the days of using this one fiddled with the tiny locking screw and then tried to get the old ring off.While the rings are easier to put on and take off and it's true that there is no longer a screw, just a snap and shackle mechanism, it's also true that there aren't…
