3M Scotch Brite Radial Bristle Discs Review

I wish I could read the reviews! As others have said, this is a fairly blatant attempt to mislead the buyer. You don't understand what is shown. Only 5 blank discs without a mandrel.

They don't scratch! This will in no way grind anything you could use to clean a baby's butt, they are so soft. Dissatisfied! Definitely not an effective product. I want to send them back. I really can't even give 1 star

The item in the image is not an accurate representation of what was sent. What you will receive are 5 separate layers from what is pictured and no arbor. You need to buy at least 5-7 packs of what they sell to get what is pictured without the gazebo. Very deceptive.

Got it to try painting some parts. It seems to work. All you get for your money is 5 fine grinding wheels and they are very gentle to the point of very little stock removal. I've found it works better by hand with a brass wire brush, which is $1 at a cheap hardware store.

I have the big 6"1" wide and they are just great. However, if I expect to get what I saw in the picture after using larger blocks, this is deceptive plagiarism. I will not buy this joke again. But I guess it's just my own fault I didn't read the fine print as their other products are very good. What a joke and such a disappointment.

5 pack The 5 pack is less than a quarter inch high, I photographed it next to the toothbrush to give an idea of actual size. To get the stack shown in the photo you need at least 20 or so (IMO). I'm returning this item as it's overpriced, especially when you add a mandrel which you have to buy extra to make it work on your drill.

I am trying to use them to remove stains in cracks and crevices on my coffee table so I can polish it. I put 3 out of 5 discs on my drill. This is a regular living room table and I only want to use it for sanding where the sanding block can't reach. Use on a Dewalt cordless drill in any direction will have no visible effect on the wood. 80 grit sandpaper removed all stains from the flat surfaces of this table (down to the bare wood), but this product barely scratched.

This worked pretty well, but I ended up buying a cheap mandrel and some more washers from another supplier (McMaster Carr). Although it says it doesn't include a spike, the picture shows it and if you look at the picture you might think it was 3/4" wide when in fact it's about 3/8". I was remodeling a carved wood table and it did a great job removing stains from stains. It cut into the grain and made it look very grainy, but I don't know what else would have erased those areas.

I stand by the accuracy of the other reviews as the product pictured is not what you get. There were only five small yellow disks and no thorn. However, I read the reviews and determined what I get and don't get. I fixed a door with 21 raised panels per side and it saved me a lot of hand sanding. This grit is for final sanding before finishing and has worked well for me. I agree with this product but as shown in the photo it would be a BIG disappointment. Recommend adding captions or changing…
