Cheap and there is a radio with antenna cable.

Good and inexpensive, there is a radio. If you want to use a radio, connect a wire that works like an antenna, just like a regular metal wire. Most people tell you that, but yes. Either charging the cable will serve as an antenna for the radio speaker.
