Review on 🌾 Organic King Size ZEN CHI Buckwheat Pillow (20"X36") with Natural Cooling Technology - All Cotton Cover and Organic Buckwheat Hulls by Ashley Stewart

I would not recommend this pillow. When I first received it there was an odor and it took about 2 weeks to go away. Aired it out in the garage for literally 2 weeks I ordered a king size pillow but when it arrived it was a little loose like the shells weren't stuffed enough. I didn't think about it at the time, but I found out later that I regret it. I just have to admit I initially liked the pillow because it was cool to sleep on and comfortable to support my neck and I really love a firm pillow. However, after about 6 months, the pillow became uncomfortable as the body began to shrink and lose its firmness. I wake up more often than I used to during the night just to adjust my pillow as it shifts too much or loses its firmness during the night. I contacted support and it didn't help and their excuses were that they had never heard of it or had no idea why the cases were shrinking so fast. . They told me they sell replacement covers and suggested I add a spare to upgrade the pillow. For the price they are selling, the amount of time the pillow has lasted, and the unhelpful customer service, I will look elsewhere for a better and organic buckwheat pillow. Definitely not on my recommendation list.
