The worst product for your money, I do not recommend it to anyone.
I chugged this garbage for over three months. I have no idea what in the name of all that is holy prompted me to purchase this whey protein. At first, I didn't understand why the consistency kept shifting from lumpy porridge to thick flour. That's how I always imagined it should work. Finally, I took the advice of those more knowledgeable than I in sports nutrition. It turns out that soy flour and gluten are required to get a new texture. Therefore, we cannot refer to it as sports nutrition. I would not suggest it!
