This camera does my main job of sending good, clear video over Zoom and other teleconferencing applications. The people on the other end of the line said my picture looked better than theirs. However, I'm hesitant to recommend this camera because it sends ugly pictures by default and it takes a lot of time and patience to set it up. Auto white balance assumes you're sitting under a yellow light bulb and there's no daylight. So if your room has a window or sunlight, the image will have a strong yellow cast. The camera overexposes a lot, so wherever your skin shines, it turns into a huge white highlight with no detail. You can fix this with Logitech software, but Logitech offers three different camera control apps, and tech support won't help you decide which app to use. Logitech Capture tries to be its OWN streaming software. After setting my camera's white balance, focus, and exposure to perfection, I discovered that Capture does NOT share its settings with Zoom and other apps. The software to use is Logitech Camera Settings. You can use the advanced settings to set the camera for good color balance and better (if not perfect) exposure, and to make sure it's focusing on your face and not some odd detail in the back of the room behind you. The camera lens is TOO wide angle for my purposes and shows your whole room, warts and all. Using the camera settings you can zoom it in a bit so you have parts of the room to hide the clutter in. In the end there is what I wanted. I've had a lot of experience with Logitech devices in the past. But forcing it to live up to its potential really pissed me off at Logitech and especially at Logitech's useless "support". I'm a professional videographer with experience with many cameras and was frustrated with how difficult it was to set up the camera for ease of use. Your mileage may vary.
