Good but expensive

I feel like this product did a really good job while I was able to use it. I ran into an issue that is entirely Apple's fault - my MacBook was the only model all year that didn't support Thunderbolt. If you didn't explicitly list Thunderbolt in your MacBook's specs, it works for a minute and then crashes with a "Thunderbolt isn't supported on this Mac" message. When connecting Thunderbolt, however, it does exactly what it promises. It's easy to set up, you get plenty of ports and good instructions, and with Apple's recent trend of reducing the number of ports available on MacBooks, having multiple USB ports and video-outs is extremely useful. Solutions. I've used QGeeM which does most and a lot less, it just doesn't have its own power supply, it only has 7 ports. If you need a lot of ports and want to connect external monitors to your MacBook (and you absolutely have Thunderbolt and not "pretend Thunderbolt over USB-C doesn't work"), then this is a really good product.
