I purchased this brace after having a patellar subluxation due to patella tracking disorder or a runner's knee. You will immediately feel the stability it offers! The design needs some work as the clamp is not long enough. An inch at the top and bottom gives more room for the velcro and is much easier to wear. I would recommend wearing this over pants if possible. Otherwise, you'll get annoyed if you wear it for too long. The shoulder strap has worn through use and appears to have shrunk although it has not been washed. For subluxations this is really your only option (for a small bracket) so I would suggest trying it but the bracket will go bad in the long run!
