Review on 💆 KERASTASE Nutritive Fondant Magistral, 6.8 oz - Deeply Nourishing Rinse-Out Treatment by Tina Evans

I bought this because I live in Southern California and my hair gets very dry due to hard water, bright sun and dry atmosphere. This is my second bottle of Kerastase conditioner (I previously bought a different kind) and it will be my last. I filled out a questionnaire on the Kerastase website and this was recommended to me. I just never notice that it conditions and moisturizes my hair. Add to that the high price and that makes the purchase even worse. Kerastase is overrated. The price would be justified if it really worked.
