I've been using it for a few weeks and it's so easy to use and definitely I sleep better and have more dreams than before. We also ordered a sheet and pillowcase. So I use a sheet and pillowcase while my wife shares the sheet and rug. She says she feels more tingly and when she first started using the sheet, she developed hip pain from the stress of various home improvement projects and exercises. Not only did the pain go away, but she accentuated it after a few days of doing various exercises and the pain didn't come back. Started using it today on our dog who we always have to say "Gracie!" to stop licking his paws or butt. We only had to say it 3 times in 4 hours and she stopped and hasn't tried in at least an hour.
