Great Boots for the value
They are for lined all the way to the toe. They are super warm and water resistant. My feet never got wet even in 6 inches of snow but I have never splashed in puddles in them. The sole is very hard and flat (makes it difficult to bend the shoe) the color is great and matches my coat. They were slippery at first so I rubbed them with a little sand paper to get some grip. At first it feels like smooth plastic
