We are using solid trust for manufacturing our goods, which helps us with quality checking of good before it leaves factory gate. Also we can track each step through its lifecycle from design approval till finished product testing etc., This software has been very helpful as well cost effective too! They have not offered any kind support after purchase or implementation period even though they promised so once upon time when I purchased their solution initially few years back now that's all forgotten!! Nothing at present but this should be taken care about such things otherwise one day you will regret buying wrong service provider who promises everything without delivering anything! Quality control over raw material procurement process (i) Timely notification by email/ sms regarding status updates(ii). Invoice creation automation-reduces human errors during invoice compilation phase - saves lot manual work.- reduces number of error prone documents produced manually.(iii)-Supports multiple currencies i e Indian Rupee / American Dollar etc; thus reducing currency conversions risk associated there.
