My biggest disappointment when buying a headband for my phone is that they don't offer actual phone sizes that will fit and they don't usually state what size the arm bandage is. Product description. Headband Part: When I was trying to find a headband, I found that most of them are made for tall, muscular guys who work out all day. However, I am a very slim 120 lb woman. with a shoulder size of 9 1/2 inches. This headband says it fits a 9" to 17". It fits me tight, but it's tight to the end. You can see a small velcro tab in the photo for "storing and managing the headphone cord securely". If you open it up and then let the flap stick out, you can make the bandage smaller as you can use extra Velcro. But then a protruding flap remains. Depending on how you wear it (I like to turn it upside down to see it wearing it and on my left hand), it can interfere with your activities and cause serious annoying friction on your body. After looking for a bandage for several days, I only found one that was so small. The holes on the top for the headphone jacks don't quite match my phone, but it works. Even if it's not perfect, the plug doesn't come loose or anything like that. You can easily operate the touchscreen through the plastic. Halfway through a recent run it started to rain heavily for at least 8 minutes with high winds (yes it was a great day). The phone was completely dry inside, no breakage or anything like that.
