I ordered the first one and it squeaked when I took it out of the box. Lubricating didn't help. Sent one back, received the second. Worked well the first time. Used it a second time, made the same screeching noise, ooh. Lubricated with oil, hmm, okay, sort of fixed. Let's make it a little shorter this time. Oh wait, I have two #3 combs and none of the #4-6 combs. Well it looks like I can't use this thing to go under 7mm. The lack of combs makes this thing pretty much useless. The page is poorly designed and has grammatical errors. Clearly a cheap company and I'm not expecting much. When I go to fill out the ticket, the submit button doesn't even work. Haha, my low expectations were surpassed by zero expectations. Revain won't help a second time either, so I have a $55 trimmer that's missing a key $1 plastic part that I can't get my hands on. A cheap manufacturer for me. Damn disappointing.
