It doesn't charge, and if it does, it doesn't last long.
I ordered these and got the first set that didn't charge. I returned them for a replacement set which I was able to bill for. The charge only lasts an hour and a half the first time. The second charge lasted 3 hours which was great. Since then, the left earbud has not charged at all. They stay okay, but I think my ear canal is unusually small and I'm having a hard time keeping the headphones in place. The sound quality is good when they charge and stays that way for you to use.
