Received yesterday and used for the first time this morning. Overall it's a fairly cheap feel and look. It heats up and I can say that while it doesn't keep your coffee hot, it does keep it warm. I drank coffee which was like iced coffee after 10-15 minutes of sitting. I'm actually drinking warm coffee this morning. For the price I'm satisfied. I wouldn't buy it again but could look for a better quality one that was maybe around $20. I had a bookmark but didn't want to spend that much money. I can also use this for candles so it does double duty. One can only guess how long this will take. Oh I love that it has an on and off switch.
