Easy to use, try to not to apply a lot of force.
Overall, it's a great product. Very easy to use. My one piece of feed back I have is that the metal tips used to push out the watch pins are very fragile. Two of my metal tips broke off with very little force and I've used a similar product like this before without any issues. Overall, it's great, still would recommend it to anyone. Just would like it to be not as fragile.
- It was a big help in removing links from my new watch band and met my expectations.
- The device works BUT the wires break when you try to use it.
