It looks like Sonos may have removed multi-channel sound for users from 2022 in the previous firmware ate, as turned off music from available streaming services before (which was officially mentioned on the Sonos website). this is only a hypothesis as I have no way to test other playback sources such as Blu-ray etc. but on the other hand, before all these events, Dolby Atmos was perfectly streamed on Sonos Arc from LG TV. at the moment, if you do not connect the soundbar with an HDMI cable, on the TV, in the sound settings, netflix shows all available audio tracks, but as soon as I connect the HDMI cable to the soundbar, multi-channels disappear in the netflix audio settings and only stereo is present . I didnโt find any truthful information about the restrictions by Sonos anywhere, I really want to find at least some confirmation or refutation in the comments.
