I really wanted to try this cat litter because our old one was useless. It had fibers that were sticking out and apparently my cats weren't comfortable with it because they actually walked over the ledge on the edge of the toilet door to avoid stepping on the litter mat. When I saw the description of the rug, which promised to be soft, I decided to order. I ordered blue, I really liked the color. It matches the color of our bathroom tiles very closely and I just bought a new blue litter box to match it perfectly. Incredibly, our bathroom rugs also have this pattern, so the cat litter rug looks very aesthetic. The size is good, just the width of the floor next to the cabinet where we keep the tray, although the drawer we use is so big I had to pull the rug to the edge of the wall so the tray wouldn't be all the way up the carpet in the back, but this was necessary to give cats a piece of mat to walk on to wipe their paws after using their litter box. It would have been nice to have an even longer mat, wide enough to completely cover the area the box is in, but since cats don't come out of the back of their box I'm not deducting a star for that . The cats obviously agreed. They were both in the bathroom while I was doing the carpeting and they both checked right away. They use it all the time and I don't see them walking on the closet door ledge anymore. He really does what he has to do. There is still rubbish on the ground, but it has decreased a lot. My housekeeper says the amount of trash has decreased elsewhere in the house as well. I have an offer for the manufacturer and for anyone thinking about buying a blue carpet. The color of the large sample is wrong. The actual color of the rug is closer to the image inserts depicting a cat. The manufacturer must take a sample photo again. I ordered blue on a trial basis; If the color was wrong I would swap it for gray. I was very pleased that the color was light blue like the stock photos and not matte like the sample.
