Nice wood, no bamboo! Take care of it and it will last a long time
I've had this board for several months now, I use it a lot (not every day) and it's holding up perfectly. I'm not sure why others had problems, I think it's normal. Just avoid serrated knives and make sure to wash and dry them after use. No dishwasher; If you keep it oiled (preserved) it should be easy to clean. I like wooden floorboards and this is a good economical choice. You can spend a lot of money for a good end product, but if you're looking for something simpler then this is a good product.
