Purchased to power Bose Acoustimass AM5 Classic Cube Speakers with subwoofer. This little amp packs a punch and delivers clear, distortion-free sound at any volume. It has a very nice die-cast aluminum body with matching bass, treble and volume controls - overall good build quality. The main audio source is an iMac with a 3.5mm audio jack. Simply paired with Bluetooth. Bought in June 2020, but in August the left channel was regularly switched off. The device has an 18 month warranty so I contacted tech support. Note. Technical support is located in China but responded very quickly via email. After doing the usual troubleshooting, it was determined that the problem was with the motherboard. The new circuit board was sent (shipping free of charge, at the expense of the manufacturer) and received within 2 weeks. The replacement instructions were clear and simple - the unit is modular and easy to disassemble, just 4 screws on the front panel, pull out the control knobs and the board slides out, board replacement in about 5 minutes, problem solved! I hope the new board lasts much, much longer and if not I'm sure Fosi will support their products and honor the warranty no matter what, hence my 5 star rating - I think it's a good one Product backed by equally good support and service!
