I received the product today and although I like it, nice packaging, nice color, the plate is soft and shiny, it worked right out of the box, just turn it on and change the temperature, didn't even have to look Instructions, I still have to learn how to use the curling function but it straightened my hair quickly, it warmed up in seconds and straightened my hair in less than 5 minutes without using any product or brushing my hair, I am very happy with her and I am glad I didn't spend a fortune on another expensive hair straightener, everyone should try it, that was great, thanks, I'm sorry the mirror took the picture and was dirty.
