I've been making my own season tickets for years (I'm filthy old) My Walgreens no longer sells season tickets so I thought I'd give this brand a try. Oh how I wish I had found this product years ago! No bad smell, easy application, delivered to my door and the best part lasted much longer than my old brand and was so gentle on my hair. Thank you One 'n Only Exothermic Perm! Just received my second One 'n Only this morning and can't wait to get started.

Just 20 minutes and I had the natural waves I was looking for. Recommended for strong coarse hair. I will definitely buy again. Note: Paper end caps are not included.

Used this to give my mom who lives at home a permanent one. Very easy to use and worked so well. She looks so much better with her new haircut! The instructions are actually printed on the inside of the box, so be careful when you open it. I liked that the permanent solution was automatically synchronized and that a plastic cover was included to help with heat treatment. Will definitely be ordering again when she needs to do the next set of curls!

I used this perm to remove my perm. A few weeks ago I got a perm and for the rest of my life I couldn't find a product that would help with frizzy hair so I bought and bought a towel to style my hair and straighten my waves. It worked great and my hair looked normal again.

I chose this perm for its properties and suitability for my mother's very straight and somewhat thin hair. I've never done this before and her hair came out amazing. It smells but not unpleasant.

The package did not include, just an open perm box in a large box. The heat activator came loose in the outer packaging and half spilled out. Also, the small bottle, even when full, didn't match the number of ounces listed in the perm box contents. I'm afraid to even try this product as it probably won't work with so little heat activator and could damage my hair. Again, for those who say there weren't any instructions, these are for professional use, but the instructions are printed on the inside of the container and just quickly disassemble the box to access them.
