Unruly hair needs an exothermic perm. Note that this is packaged for *professional use* and does not include things like poles and paper. Again, for those who say there weren't any instructions, these are for professional use, but the instructions are printed on the inside of the container and just quickly disassemble the box to access them. My hair is thin and thin, a nice feature or two, both not so good at the same time as my hair is ALWAYS limp without the help of a perm. I can't use a cold perm, blow dryer, or many of the "be kind to your hair" perms on the market today. I've tried them all to no avail, with varying degrees of harm and no success. The only perm that has ever worked and lasted on my hair type was the heat activated exothermic perm. This one deals the least damage and delivers consistent results. Be sure to check the expiration date to ensure it is current.
