Why is this thing so difficult to manoeuvre? I bought to pack paintings and other hanging art. I've always used stretch rollers, but by god this one can't be used. I've always done it by myself, but this time I had to ask my husband for help. We are both short (I'm 5'2" and my husband is 5'8"). We are in good shape and this type of work is not new to us. Jesus. It was like fighting an alligator. We lost control of the rolling thing. It just wouldn't go in the direction we want to go. They must have very long arms and be over 5 feet 11 inches tall.
