Anker is a reliable brand and I have used their cables before. As phones and devices moved to USB-C, I needed more cables and they proved to be a good investment. I use one to connect my smartphone in the car, one for home and one for travel. Of course, the ones that don't move don't get abused, but the one I keep in my backpack and travel almost everywhere gets used quite a bit and shows no signs of wear. Although braided cables come with their own built-in wire. -Wraps I often feel comfortable with just twisting them into a loop and leaving them alone. Sure I could box them up and keep them neat and tidy, but they're durable enough that it's quicker to toss them in a bag and walk away, knowing I won't ruin my cord. Whether someone trips or kicks the device off the cable, both ends have weathered some decent setbacks with ease.
