A recent encounter with the Jormatt online retailer left me feeling let down and frustrated. Jormatt's customer support was unhelpful and unresponsive, which made an already difficult situation even more difficult. My attempts to contact you with inquiries and concerns were unsuccessful because you did not respond to my emails for several days. After what seemed like an eternity, I was eventually given a response, but it was dismissive and did not address any of my concerns. In general, my time spent in Jormatt was marred by a profound sense of dissatisfaction. This is not the online store to go to if you are searching for high-quality, well-made women's clothing, shoes, or jewelry. I would not recommend it to anyone.
