Nice backpack, but not well made! Broke in a day!
So I'm doing repairs today. And thought you could send these photos to the company. It is obvious that the lining material will not hold because it is too weak and the machine operator has not hooked the lining with all the stitches. I broke both the original and the replacement unit in the same spot on the back.
