When I got my coilovers one of the shock absorbers was leaking. Oil has entered the box. I checked them all to make sure only one was damaged. Contacted the seller via email, he responded immediately. Explained the problem and a few days later they sent me a replacement shock to replace the damaged unit. Excellent customer service. I installed them in my car and so far I really like them and everything seems fine. Thanks to maxspeeding rods for solving the problem quickly. I would recommend these for your budget coilover needs.
