I wasn't sure if I liked it right away but I definitely like it now! The odd shape took some getting used to, but now that I've relaxed in it for hours over a couple of weeks I can honestly say it's a really great chair. Sometimes I can feel bars under my thighs, but if I lean down just a little bit, I don't feel it anymore. I like that the small pillow folds back, but it's actually quite comfortable and supports my head well. The cup holder is handy for a regular soda can or bottle. It took some practice to get out of this lol but it's easy now. Haven't used the risers yet but have tried them on and they seem comfortable for short distances. I don't think I want to wear it for long distances. Can't wait to get this to flow - it's going to be perfect!
