Review on KBMax by Skyy Strickland

That I am able to build my design into our catalog system with little guidance from anyone at Knowledge Base Max. They are very helpful when it comes time to implement their solutions but they do not provide ongoing support beyond implementation of your customizations/changes. We used KBMax as part of another software package (Omnichannel Hub) which we have since moved away from. The ability to customize our data fields within KBMax was useful and allowed us to tailor its functionality better than if using default options would allow.
