Very useful data visualization platform

The tool allows us to create dashboards with very good visualizations of our main KPIs (key performance indicators).
It's easy for anyone who knows how Excel works or has some programming knowledge; however it doesn't have any support available from other platforms like Slack which limits its reachability among companies not using Microsoft products. We are solving problems related to fraud detection by analyzing millions of transactions per day looking at different metrics such as spending patterns over time, customer behavior changes etc.

Pros

It's easy to keep updated and make data driven decisions and actions based on the information the dashboards provide

Cons

There is no support for different platforms other than MS Excel and it doesn't have an open API that would allow developers to build custom dashboards
