Very disappointing: mop and bucket sets

I've been looking for a good mop bucket for a long time, a separate bucket for clean and dirty water. What's the point of washing the floor if you just wash it with dirty water. I bought this for my sister to help with cleaning because she takes care of my elderly mother and deserves it. She does her best while my other sisters and I go about our lives. She was so excited about it, but from the first use it didn't ring in the water, and then within a month the handle broke. Are you kidding me? I see no need to order a new pen, not that I have to pay for it.
