Best Home Cleaning

I LOVE IT! The dual collection bucket delivers clean water every time, leaving no dirt or streaks on the floor. The rotating mop chime is very easy to use and gives me a slightly damp mop to dry quickly. I also hit the baseboard when I did the floor and it always stays clean.

NOT SO LUCKY: Cleaning Tools

I thought it was a great mop until I got it and opened it up and the handle was all dented and even where the bottom attaches to the head mops it doesn't turn and maneuver not in circles. So I'm not satisfied! Customer service told me they would send me a replacement wiper but I never saw it!

The mop was overkill.

Not strong at all. I had it less than 7 hours after delivery, I finished the job - used a mop and it broke with a bit of pressure (not even 10 minutes of work) to get under my couch, the mop bent so I fixed it and then I just pushed it across the floor and it broke in half. If you "unscrew" the mop, most of it will end up on top of the bucket and make a mess. I like the color but the quality is lame. TM

The first time I used it the pen was broken

I was very happy to have this product as I couldn't afford it. However, this week I had the opportunity to buy it, so I jumped at it. It's very frustrating for a single mom to spend so much money on a product that literally broke on the first use. I am very disappointed in this product. If I had the patience or time I would definitely return it.

Very disappointing: mop and bucket sets

I've been looking for a good mop bucket for a long time, a separate bucket for clean and dirty water. What's the point of washing the floor if you just wash it with dirty water. I bought this for my sister to help with cleaning because she takes care of my elderly mother and deserves it. She does her best while my other sisters and I go about our lives. She was so excited about it, but from the first use it didn't ring in the water, and then within a month the handle broke. Are you kidding me…
