I got this robe at the end of my pregnancy to wear postpartum. If it helps, I got it in a size large and it fit me while pregnant and postpartum (5’4”, 150–170lbs), and it fit nicely before and after birth. No, it doesn’t have a belt, but you don’t need one because it has ties. I personally don’t use the ties inside because it would take longer for me to get the front open to feed the baby, but just tying the outside ties seems to work fine. I *love* the gauze fabric; it’s lightweight and cozy at the same time. It’s great for warmer climates, but it also kept me warm enough once it got cooler where I live. Honestly, I was about to buy a boogie name brand waffle robe and I’m actually really glad I took a chance on this robe instead. I highly recommend it!
